Tested

Last week was pretty challenging.

Work was... whooaaa!

Doing a TVC production is hhhmmm what's the word... Taxing.

Lots of details - talents, location, wardrobe, lighting, etc. I know I have a production team to work with me, but I face the clients who are overseas.  So, I have to make sure that everything is good, aligned and yeah, perfect.

With my type of client, who I will keep mum on, it is very difficult.  There is an expectation to be met.  Their owen expectation.  Global's expectation.

We have to carefully balance it out with local relevancy.

We cannot be too cool as how Western people dress because Cambodian teens aren't exactly like that.

So, its a delicate balance of everything.

Also, things we're not mentioned before came into the picture.  It's like new directions a day before the shoot.  And its not just minor things.

"I don't want the location."  

Goodness!!! Where can we find a location for a shoot tom?  We only had the afternoon.

Needless to say, it was difficult.  But we came through.

The universe continues to test me in big ways this past two months.

But, c'mon, please give me a little break.

Just a little.
