Buti na lang its Valentines Day. Although I don't have anyone to spend it with, our office is letting us go home early. As in now, its 3:00 pm and we can actually leave.
This is super great news enough for me to celebrate.
Although, don't you find it weird for a company to let employees go home early just because it Valentines Day? I do (and I'm very grateful for it). But, as far as I'm concerned, Cupid (and his supposed love-struck magic) has been dead for many many years now. I don't exactly understand why people keep on resurrecting him. I mean, is it still a big deal? Celebrating Feb. 14?
Maybe but I still don't care. For now, I will celebrate this company decision by getting a nap.
