There are days when you feel like everything's not falling into place. Like the whole universe is conspiring against you.
You wake up on the wrong side of the bed, breakfast sucks, traffic, late, boss is cranky as well, Creatives gives you a hard time, typo in your print ad, late submission to client, client being cranky at the same time. I can go on and on, but this entry isn't really about negativity.
Pretty much this morning, piles and piles of work came. Having this work-sucks feeling boiling inside me, I left the office to go to Adboard. Walking along our building hallway, I passed across this young lady who's talking loudly over her cell phone. In the few seconds that I heard her, this is what she said:
"I'm not vring d cellpone afstairs..."
Fucking made my day.
