Fear of the Lord!

Maybe I'm such a devil because I really can't stand "Jesus" things. Like, I get really really really SCARED.

Take for example National Geographic's feature on the Gospel of Judas last night. There were a lot of scenes showing re-enactment of Christ's life here on earth. Everytime I see the face of the actor playing Jesus, I really shiver in fear and a very abrupt but deep nervous feeling (kaba or a sudden jolt in between seemingly steady heartbeats) surging up inside me. Buti pa si Judas, not so much scary.

(Also, I think nagkaroon ng konting glitch sa casting ng National Geographic with one of the disciples because he sooo looks like a neanderthal man! Pang Evolution episode sya dapat ata eh.)

Plus, I really think one of the documentary's objective is to scare the wits out of everyone because background sound effects were really freaky and creepy, you'd think some two-horned demon will just suddenly jump out somewhere in the scene.

So, although I want so much to hear the full story, it was pretty difficult for me since this fear forces me to change channels every so often. And, I even called up Dsj a number of times to ask how the story is building up. Just because HINDI KO KAYA si Lord Jesus!

Tsaka, nakatulog ba ako kagabi? Worst.
