Boithday

It was my birthday yesterday. Had my salubong with the chums at 719. It was just a small party with little food and drinks.

Yesterday, my highschool friends were supposed to surprise me at my apartment. They had planned to cook dinner there. But, I don't know what happened. The "surprise" plan didn't work. Nevertheless, the get-together still pushed through. They picked me up in my office, went to my place and started to prepare things.

I feel so old with my parties all mellowed down to a meekly dinner ar after-dinner things, both at my place. They were not your usual drinking spree in a bar with loud sounds. Or even party at a hotel (shar. but I miss partying.)

I feel so old yet in my chums circle, I am the youngest. So, wag akong mag-feeling no. I still think that at my age of 27, I should be partying a little more. Driking a little more, maybe.

How quickly I matured naman.

But, I'm glad. Cash flow may be scarce but blessings are always in abundance.
