Two different stories with one heartfelt message.

Some people are driven or forced to do things because of circumstances they are in.
It's not the usual other people (usually with authority) forcing or commanding you to do things.

In the movie "A Very Long Engagement," a handful of people put themselves through self-mutilation by shooting their hands with their gun. Why? Because they did not want to join war. Who does?

Me, there's this one time I forced myself to let out my poopoo in the mountain grasslands, amidst those gigantic tress and insects of different variety creeping from everywhere. I was in a boy scout jamboree in makiling and the toilets are really the worst, the dirtiest. Doing it in the talahiban is way way better.

And I only needed a roll of tissue paper.
