I think I can officially say that Rosemary is my favorite herb. It gives my fried chicken a very delectable taste.
Yesterday, Saturday, I cooked a normal fried chicken, marinated in knorr seasoning and lots of pepper. It was okay, not bad but very normal-tasting.
Today, Sunday, I cooked the same fried chicken, marinated in knorr seasoning, pepper plus an additional stuff called rosemary.
God, ang sarap lang nya. Apart from spicing up the taste, the fragrant smell makes you want to eat it before it is even cooked.
Love it.
