They are so inefficent.
Going to this agency to apply permits for my promos is a complete waste of my executive time. I was there for most part of the day. God.
It really sucks. Majorly.
I was there before 7 am and DTI's still closed. And right outside the door, 40 people were already in line. Geez... I think they were here at 5 am. As joel would say it... Lehewzers.
And, I'll be back tom.
